BusinessLending360 is a business funding marketplace and matching service. We are not a bank or a direct lender. This policy explains what information we collect through BusinessLending360.com, how we store it, and how we share it with participating brokers, lenders and other funding providers so they can evaluate potential funding options for your business.

This policy applies to BusinessLending360.com and to any business funding request submitted through our website, forms or landing pages. It covers information about business owners and authorized representatives who submit a funding request, as well as general website visitors. Our services are intended for US businesses only.

When you complete a funding request we collect: the amount of funding requested, intended use of funds, funding urgency, time in business, average monthly revenue, estimated personal credit range, industry, business ZIP code, legal or trade business name, your first and last name, business email address and mobile phone number. You may also send us information directly by email or phone. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account credentials, tax returns or bank statements on this website; if a funding provider later needs those documents, you will provide them directly to that provider under their own terms and privacy policy.

We automatically collect technical and marketing attribution data: device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, referring page, landing page, timestamps, form progress and interaction events, UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) and the Google Click Identifier (GCLID). We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to run the site (routing, security, and remembering the funding amount you entered). Optional analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you consent.

If you enter contact details and then leave before completing the request, we may store what you entered so we can follow up about your funding request. You can ask us at any time to delete a partial request by emailing support@businesslending360.com.

We use your information to: process and respond to your funding request; identify and present potential business funding options; match your request with participating brokers, lenders and funding providers; contact you by phone, email or SMS about your request; verify the accuracy of the information submitted; detect fraud and misuse; measure and improve website and advertising performance; and comply with applicable law.

By submitting a funding request, you authorize BusinessLending360 to share the information you provide with participating brokers, lenders and other funding providers in our network so they can evaluate whether they can offer funding to your business. We may share your request with more than one provider at a time, which means you may be contacted by several providers. Once your information is transmitted, each provider becomes an independent controller of that information and handles it under its own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. BusinessLending360 may receive compensation from a provider when a request is submitted, accepted or funded. Submitting a request is not an application for credit, is not an offer of credit, and does not guarantee funding, approval, rates or terms.

We also share information with service providers who work on our behalf — hosting and database providers, analytics and advertising platforms, email and SMS delivery services, and fraud-prevention tools — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or lawful request, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights, safety or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell your funding request information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing.

By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by BusinessLending360 and by participating funding providers by phone, email and, where separately authorized, SMS/text message at the number and address you provide, including through automated technology. Consent to marketing SMS is optional and is not a condition of any service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email, or ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list by emailing support@businesslending360.com. Opting out of BusinessLending360 marketing does not stop communications from a funding provider you were already matched with — contact that provider directly.

Requests are stored in access-controlled databases hosted in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit TLS encryption and encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. Access is limited to authorized BusinessLending360 personnel who need it to process your request, and administrative access requires authentication. We keep funding request records for as long as needed to serve your request and meet legal, tax, audit and record-keeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services target US businesses, but where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies we process personal data as follows. Purposes and legal bases: (a) processing your funding request and sharing it with participating funding providers — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, and your explicit consent given in the request form; (b) marketing calls, emails and SMS — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; (c) analytics, advertising measurement and attribution cookies — your consent, collected through the cookie banner; (d) strictly necessary cookies, security, fraud prevention and service improvement — our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website; (e) tax, accounting and legal record-keeping — compliance with a legal obligation. Retention: completed funding requests and related communication records are kept for up to 7 years after your last interaction to meet legal, tax, audit and dispute-handling obligations; partial or abandoned requests are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted or de-identified; consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to prove and honour your choices; analytics and attribution data are kept for up to 26 months; email delivery logs are kept for up to 24 months. Data may be processed in the United States by our hosting and service providers; where personal data is transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum with those providers. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, data portability, withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out), and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Automated decision-making: we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone; funding decisions are made by the funding provider you are matched with.

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of personal information, and appeal a denied request. To exercise these rights, email support@businesslending360.com with the phone number and email address used in your request. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. Note that information already transmitted to a funding provider must also be requested from that provider directly.

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use browser-level opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the funding request process from working.

The website is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services, partners or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be highlighted on the website.
