You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business identified.
5. Permitted Use
The site is intended for US business use. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit information fraudulently.
6. Intellectual Property
The BusinessLending360 name, wordmark and site content are the property of BusinessLending360 or its licensors.

Pricing is determined solely by the funding provider you are matched with and varies by funding type, amount, term, time in business, revenue and credit profile. Products are priced on different bases that are not directly comparable — an annual percentage rate, a monthly rate, a fee on invoice value or a factor rate — so always ask a provider for the total dollar cost of capital before accepting an offer. Rates, amounts, terms and approval are never guaranteed, and nothing on this site is an offer of credit.

BusinessLending360 is a business funding marketplace and matching service. BusinessLending360 connects businesses with independent brokers, lenders and other funding providers. BusinessLending360 does not guarantee approval, funding, rates or terms. Funding decisions and final terms are determined by the applicable funding provider.
